Add Staff and Councillors

Overview

Each entry in the "Councillors and Staff" section can have:
  1. Name
  2. Biography / Description
  3. Title / Role
  4. Phone Number
  5. Email Address
  6. Document upload for Register of Interest
  7. Image (see Setting or replacing an image for a clerk, staff or councillor)

Editing Details

  1. To edit the details for an entry
  2. Log into your website Admin Panel
  3. Click on "Councillors and Staff" in the left-hand menu
  4. Click "Add New"

  5. Fill in the details as required

  6. To change the Roles you'll need to get in touch.  We'd recommend keeping this to as few roles as possible.
  7. Add a photo of the person using the set-a-featured-image feature.
  8. Click UPDATE in the top-right.
