I've added multiple icons to the 'Asset Register - Street Furniture' layer, in fact so many (and still more to add) that they crowd each other out and it's becoming impossible to see with clarity what we have. I have tried to Filter following the instructions in the Support pages here: https://support.geoxphere.com/portal/en/kb/articles/filtering-a-map-layer#Example__Filtering_by_Grade_in_the_Listed_Buildings_layer but when I try to follow the same process I cannot see a Filter option. See attachment. 

Am I doing something wrong, or is there not a way to filter on the Asset Register ? If so is there another way to separate the various icons to enable me to create a print copy showing just one type of icon ?
