Overview

This can happen when the cookie stored on your computer for our website expires. You end up with what appears to be a dead link or a website that's 'down'.

Resolution

To solve this issue, clear the cookies for your web browser.
This can be done from the Settings of your web browser, typically by clicking CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE to open up the menu.

Another method is to click the Padlock button typically found to the left or right of the URL address bar. Clicking this gives you a menu for viewing and removing cookies.
