Parish Online contains digital map data from a variety of sources, including the layers that our customers draw within the software itself. However, there are instances where other mapping data needs to be loaded into Parish Online to help with projects and maintenance tasks.
We actively encourage Local Authorities sharing data with Parish Online. It's a great way to make sure Local Councils have access to the same information at the principle authorities, especially when it comes to the likes of;
If you receive data from a Local Authority, make sure it covers their entire Local Authority area and then we'll upload that into Parish Online for free. Remind them that:

If you have mapping data that you'd like loaded into Parish Onlineand it doesn't fall under the previous section, we can do this for a small charge. Information might include:
We need to charge for this work because there are many different flavours of mapping data and it's not always a quick and easy process.
If the data is in a difficult-to-use format then we may need to charge extra to process it. We'll let you know before starting this.
