Two-Factor Authentication
Overview
We highly recommend using Two Factor Authentication. There may be circumstances where this is not feasible. In such cases, the Two-Factor Authentication can be switched off. Alternatively, a user may need to have their Two-Factor Authentication reset.
Permissions
Only the administrator (usually the Clerk) will have access to the
Admin Panel to manage users.
Method - Switch Off Two-Factor Authentication
- Log into https://mailadmin.zoho.eu using your clerk email account credentials
- Go to Users
- Click on the name of the user you want to amend
- Click the Security tab
- Select "TFA"
- Use the slider to switch off Two-Factor Authentication.
