System Requirements for XMAP
Overview
Devices
XMAP can be accessed by any device that is connected to the Internet and has a modern Web Browser.
Please note: whilst XMAP can be accessed on mobile and tablet devices, the system is not yet fully mobile compatible and you may find that some of the tools and features do not work as intended.
Screen Resolution
The minimum recommended screen resolution is 1280 x 800 pixels. Smaller screen sizes will work but you won't necessarily receive the best experience as some features may be hidden at smaller screen resolutions.
The recommended screen resolution is 1920 x 1080 (Full HD).
Web Browsers
We recommend using the latest version of any of the following Web Browsers:
- Google Chrome
- Mozilla Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari
Check your browser settings to see if you're using the latest version.
Please note: Internet Explorer 11 is not supported.
Connection Speed
We recommend a minimum of 2mbps download and 1mbps upload speed.
