Select Organization and Signature Template from the menu which appears.
Choose a name for your signature e.g. Parish Default
You can choose Placeholders to insert into your default these signature - these will personalise the information inserted into the template using the details for the users account. Create an email disclaimer in the box of text.
Click the Update button at to save the signature
The default signature will then appear on all the users accounts unless they have set up a personalised one.
