Overview

Parish Online gives you access to a range of mapping datasets that aren't available to the general public. In order to make sure you have permission to see these datasets, we need your account to have valid licence numbers applied.


Viewing your Mapping Subscriptions

To see what Mapping Subscriptions:

  1. Log into Parish Online
  2. Click on the Cog icon in the top right
  3. Click on Administration from the menu list
  4. Once in the Admin Panel, click on 'My Organisation'

On this page there are two sections which have:

  • PSGA Licence
  • APGB Licence


PSGA Licence

If you don't have a PSGA licence number assigned to your account then you will not receive any of the following datasets:

  • High resolution base mapping (OS MasterMap) from Ordnance Survey
  • Address data
  • Postcode polygons


If you already have a valid PSGA number applied to your Parish Online account, you don't need to do anything. You'll have a green box containing your PSGA number:


If you have a PSGA licence number but it's not been added to your Parish Online account, enter it in the blue box:


If you think the PSGA number in your account is incorrect, please get in touch with us.


APGB Licence

If you don't have an APGB subscription assigned to your account then you will not receive the following datasets:

  • High resolution aerial photography
  • height data
  • colour infrared data


If you already have an APGB subscription applied to your Parish Online account, then you don't need to do anything. You'll have a green box saying you're subscribed:


If you have a PSGA licence applied then you're eligible for applying for an APGB subscription. Click 'Get Member Licence', fill in the details then submit:
