Logging In

Overview

To access your XMAP or Parish Online account you'll need to log in.

Login Page

Your login page will one of the following depending on the variant of XMAP you're using:
  1. https://xmap.cloud - this is the default login page
  2. https://parishonline.xmap.cloud - this is for Parish Online users
  3. https://YOURORGANISATION.xmap.cloud - your organisation may have a custom login page. Check with your administrator
Please note: these login pages are purely the 'look and feel' of your experience. Any xmap.cloud login page will work.

Your Username

You can use either your email address or the username sent to you in your sign up email.
The username format is typically:
yourname@organisationname
e.g. chris@geoxphere

For users of Parish Online, your organisation name is a unique ID.
e.g. chris@24ub999

Your Password

Your password will have been created during the sign up process, or when you clicked an email asking to create or reset your password.
The requirements for your password strength are:
Must have:
  1. Minimum length of 10
  2. Contains an uppercase character
  3. Contains a lowercase character
  4. Contains a number
  5. Contains a special character

Common Issues

  1. Password mistyped. Make sure you have typed the password correctly. Remember that copying and pasting passwords can sometimes carry extra characters like spaces.
  2. Account has been deactivated. Check with your administrator or submit a support ticket to check.
