Layer Options

Layer Options

Overview

The layer options section of the Data tab allows you to change the scaling, opacity, style or permissions of layers held within your XMAP's database.

These options can only be accessed and changed by your XMAP's account administrator.

How to open the Layer Options section

To open the layer options section:

  1. Open XMAP in your browser and log in as administrator.
  2. Access the admin panel by clicking on the cog icon, situated in the top-right of the XMAP window.
  3. Click the option 'Data' from the left-hand menu.
  4. Select the layer from the Layers list you wish to modify. You do this by left clicking the title of the layer. This will open the Layers Options panel for that layer.
  5. Edit your layer (change scaling, opacity, style or permissions, ect) and press save. This will implement your changes.
