Health Check

Overview

The Health check option can be used to help diagnose issues with your system by providing you with health check report.

This can only be conducted by account administrators.


How to conduct a Heath Check?

To perform a health check:

  1. Access the administration panel by clicking the Cog icon, located in the top-right of the XMAP window. 
  2. Click the 'Utilities' option from the left-hand menu.
  3. Select the 'check' button underneath the Health Check banner. This will begin your check.
