Deleting Collections

Overview

If you no longer need a collection, or it was simply made in error, you can delete collections from the administration panel.

This action can only be undertaken as the XMAP account's administrator. 


To delete a collection

If you wish to remove a collection from your XMAP account:


  1. Log into XMAP using your XMAP ID
  2. Click on the Cog icon in the top right corner of the XMAP window. This will open up the Admin Dashboard.
  3. Go to the Collections tab, located in the left toolbar.
  4. Select the collection you wish to delete. This will highlight it.
  5. Click the bin icon in the Collections section to delete the collection. This will permanently remove it from the account.
