Changing Invoice Details

For Parish Online users

To change the billing details for your Parish Online subscription:
  1. Log into Parish Online
  2. Go to the Admin Panel (click the Cog icon in the top right, then Administration)
  3. Go to the Billing section
  4. Click the pencil icon in the top right to toggle editing mode
  5. Change the details as required.
  6. Click 'Save'
Please note: We cannot change details in invoices already issued.

For XMAP users

For XMAP subscriptions, please create a support ticket requesting a change in billing details.
