Adding a Future Meeting

Overview

How to add meetings in advance.  Adding meetings in this way will add future meeting to the Upcoming Meetings on the Homepage.

Method

  1. Log into the Admin Panel
  2. Click on Meetings in the left-hand panel and click Add New
  3. Enter a title using this format "Council Meeting - Date Month Year" inserting  the date to your actual meeting

  4. Below the title use the date picker to select the date of the meeting (this is important as it tells the website where to place the meeting chronologically)

  5. Enter any details or documents you want about the meeting

  6. In the "Committee" section near the bottom, choose Full Council (or whatever the meeting is)

  7. Go back up to the top of the page and click Publish
