The addition of the new layer for streetlights is very welcome, as this allows the multiple streetlight assets to be clearly separated from the other 'Street Furniture'. However in our parish we also have street lights owned and operated by the County Council and, for the casual observer on the street, there is no way of telling the difference between a street light owned and operated by the parish council and one owned and operated by the County Council.
