Is there any way of moving the position of labels in polygons.  Labels of points can be moved up and down and sideways using the buttons but nothing seems to happen when I use the displace button with polygons.

My problem is twofold 

1      One of my polygons is very small and the label covers it completely so I want to move it slightly

2      Three of my polygons overlap and its not clear from which label refers to which polygon
