Making metadata from Parish Layers available in Public Map

When determining work for contractors - eg areas of grass to be mown - the area of grass to be cut is often of great interest to many.  If you info-click such an area within Parish Online, the metadata is visible in the data record in the left column, and the area within the polygon is automatically provided as part of the metadata.  However, the metadata are not available to select for 'Public' in Administration, My Layers, Layer Details, Columns.   Would it be possible to have them included there, please, so that users of Public Map would be able to see the Area when they info-click that same feature in the Public Map?  (I can see ways of working around this - eg create a Table View, export it to a spreadsheet, and then put a 'Public' link to the spreadsheet in the data record, so that viewers could see the metadata therein, but this is clumsy, and will not auto-update when the feature is changed inside Parish Online, so is likely to rapidly become out of date).

Thank you
